Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese method employed by alternative medicine therapists to alleviate various health conditions and symptoms, including pain. During a session, an acupuncturist inserts very thin sterile needles into the patient’s body at multiple 'acupoints.' This practice helps to re-balance the body’s energy, or Qi, while prompting the release of natural chemicals to combat the illness or symptom, making it a popular choice among complementary therapists.

Hypnotherapy/ HypnoAnalysis

Hypnotherapy is a type of mind-body intervention utilized by alternative medicine therapists, where hypnosis creates a state of focused attention and increased suggestibility in treating various medical or psychological disorders. This practice is often considered one of the effective alternative health therapies offered by complementary therapists.

Druid Massage/ Skeletal Alignment

This therapeutic method falls under alternative health therapies and is based on manual actions performed on the entire human body to maintain or improve health. It includes over 100 maneuvers applied to the whole client's body. The manual therapeutic procedures, utilized by complementary therapists, target muscles and joints through osteoarticular manipulation techniques and passive myo-articular movement. This therapy also incorporates special massage techniques and procedures that assist in correcting and balancing the posture and biomechanics of the locomotor system, making it a valuable approach for those seeking support from an alternative medicine therapist.

Indian head massage

Indian head massage, also known as champissage, is a treatment that focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck, and shoulders, often using circular massage strokes to improve hair and scalp condition. This technique is recognized by many alternative health therapies and is offered by various complementary therapists. It originates from an Indian system called Ayurveda. Through this theory, it is understood that Indian head massage can not only reduce headaches and improve physical well-being, but it can also enhance mental and emotional wellness, making it a popular choice among those seeking the expertise of an alternative medicine therapist.

Facial Massage

Cosmetic Acupressure / Massage, also known as Facial enhancement, is a highly effective non-surgical treatment to reduce the signs of aging. This procedure is grounded in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and utilizes Acupressure instead of needles, as seen in acupuncture. The minimal pressure applied to specific points makes the treatment not only effective but also very relaxing. By stimulating the acupoints, collagen production helps to fill out lines and reduce wrinkles, resulting in firmer skin and a radiant complexion. Many alternative health therapies, including this one, are offered by qualified alternative medicine therapists and complementary therapists.

Meridian Stretching.

In Traditional Chinese medicine, the body is made up of 12 main meridians and 8 extraordinary meridians. These meridian pathways are essential in alternative health therapies, as they connect acupuncture points that correlate with your organs. When you receive acupuncture from an alternative medicine therapist, those specific points are activated with the needle. Additionally, when meridian stretching is applied, these pathways are stimulated, improving blood and energy flow. This enhanced circulation can provide greater mobility and alleviate pain along that pathway, making it a valuable approach offered by complementary therapists.

Acupressure

Acupressure is an ancient healing art where fingers are used to gradually press key healing points, stimulating the body's natural self-curative abilities. As one of the effective alternative health therapies, Acupressure Therapy provides relief from stress-related ailments and is ideal for self-treatment and preventive health care, especially for boosting the immune system. By working with an alternative medicine therapist or practicing on your own, acupressure releases tension, increases circulation, reduces pain, and fosters vibrant health, making it a valuable tool among complementary therapists.

Cosmetic Acupuncture

Cosmetic Acupuncture, also known as Facial Enhancement Acupuncture, is an effective non-surgical treatment that helps reduce the signs of aging. This method is rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and involves the use of very small, thin disposable needles inserted into acupuncture points on the face. As an alternative health therapy, it promotes increased blood and Qi circulation in the local area, as well as boosting collagen production. Many individuals seek the expertise of an alternative medicine therapist or complementary therapists to explore this rejuvenating treatment.

Cupping

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which an alternative medicine therapist places special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People seek this treatment for various reasons, including relief from pain, inflammation, and improved blood flow, as well as for relaxation and overall well-being, making it a popular choice among complementary therapists as a type of deep-tissue massage.

Vibration Therapy..

Vibration Therapy is rooted in the scientific principles that all matter vibrates to a precise frequency, and by utilizing resonant vibration, the balance of matter can be restored. This approach is often explored by alternative health therapies, which focus on holistic healing. The human body comprises various energy frequencies, and these vibrations can easily go out of tune when a person faces physical or emotional stress, or engages in improper and destructive habits. Alternative medicine therapists often employ Vibration Healing techniques that use vibratory tools to assist the body in remembering its own healthy harmonic resonance, a practice that is also embraced by complementary therapists.

STOP Smoking

Our highly effective STOP smoking therapy incorporates a range of alternative health therapies. These include hypnotherapy, acupuncture, and auricular therapy. If you prefer to avoid acupuncture needles, we also offer laser therapy as an option provided by our qualified alternative medicine therapists and complementary therapists.
